Two-story newly renovated 1950 era house with luxury fittings, located on the ground floor on a cliff overlooking the sea at the foot of Castle Brolo. There are two bedrooms, one with single bed and one with a double sofa bed. The style of the house is a mix of ethnic and modern. It is equipped with TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is ensuite and has a bath and hairdryer. During the summer guests can enjoy an outdoor shower on the sunny terrace. The view is characterized by the blue-green sea typical of the Brolo area and the panorama of the Aeolian Islands that are 30 minutes away and can be reached with ferry service from Capo D'Orlando. The area has a supermarket, banks, and it is only 5 minutes from the entrance to the Brolo highway. The train station is 1 km from the apartment in the town center. Guests must park in the municipal parking lot 200 meters from the house.
