Payment Policy

A small (non-refundable) payment is required to confirm each reservation.

The outstanding balance is paid upon arrival at the accommodation or may be requested (totally or in part) by the proprietor several days before arrival.


Cancellation Policy

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Deposits and unused services For stays of 3 nights is required on 30% of the total stay as a deposit on confirmation. For guests staying 3 nights is required the first night amount as a deposit on confirmation. Any written confirmation is not accompanied by a deposit will be considered void. If time required for the down payment is not received before this will be regularized at arrival. If you have booked extra services, meals or garage, if there was no benefit, no reductions and / or refunds. Any cancellation must be notified in writing by mail, fax or e-mail.
