The B&B is a splendid Liberty Villa, with large covered and furnished terrace and private pool, situated on a hillside just outside of Arezzo. Conveniently located in the heart of Italian history, art, culture and sights of natural beauty, the Villa has been the family home since the beginning of the last century. Lavishly furnished with antiques, it has typical wooden beamed ceilings and decorated ceramic floors.The ground floor holds a lovely dining room with an original fireplace. On the right side, you reach the living room that offers a lot of space and holds many of the family souvenirs and antiques.

Staying at the ground floor, there are a large and fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. Both kitchen and dining room open to the huge covered terrace attached to the villa, with a large dining table and seats for up to 10 persons.A stunning wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there are 2 king-size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with possibility to obtain a double bed. A cot is also available.
Three bedrooms are provided with private bathroom. The remaining room is let only in the case of families or parties of 4, who can share the bathroom which has exposed stone walls.

The house is surrounded by a garden (with stone BBQ) in keeping with traditional Italian design and a shady pine, holm oak and linden wood for relaxing afternoon naps.
