This B&B is on the second floor of a beautiful building, on the most important street entering the city. It's just 300 m from the historic center and a 10 minute walk from the train station, exhibition and conference centers. Rooms at the B&B are new, colorful and bright, and have a large terrace with panoramic view of Arezzo. They have all been specially designed to be spacious and welcoming and are perfect for families or friends. Cleanliness and hygiene are of the highest caliber here. Linen and towels are included. The Bed and Breakfast has a large veranda with a panoramic view of the San Lorentino district where breakfast is served weather permitting. The B&B offers two bedrooms with private bathrooms and two bedrooms that share a large bathroom in a reserved area of the accommodation. All rooms are double, but may be used as single, triple or even quadruple as they are very large. Each room is equipped with TV, heating, air conditioning and fans and private terrace. Covered private parking is available for free in front of the B&B. The accommodation is ideal for those coming to Arezzo on business, trade fairs and conferences, given its proximity to the center, but is also perfect for anyone on vacation and its unique atmosphere will make a stay here unique.
