Alghero is situated in the northwestern part of Sardinia, in the bay of the same name, also known as the Coral Coast for its world famous red coral. Alghero has a varied natural landscape, the beaches with fine sand to the cliffs with flat stones, typical Mediterranean maquis and pine forest surround the town. Capo Caccia Isola Piana overlooking the Gulf of Porto Conte is the primary area of natural interest, which has recently become a Natural Marine Protected Area and is popular for its landscape, with its famous cliff in the shape of a sleeping giant that has become a symbol of Alghero. The particular geological (karst orgin) of the area means there are plenty of caves and ravines many of which are still unexplored. The Alghero-Fertilia airport is 15 km away and is connected to the city by bus service. The train station on the other hand is 4km from the accommodation and a shuttle service is available upon request. The B&B is located about 3 km from the center of Alghero, in a villa surrounded by greenery and offers guests a double and a triple room with shared bathroom, air conditioning, Hi-Fi, refrigerator and independent entrance. Outdoors there is a veranda, where breakfast is served weather permitting, garden with gazebo, barbecue and parking.

Hem estat quatre nits a l'Alguer a principis de setembre. El bed&breakfast és molt acollidor i hem estat molt a gust; és necessita un medi de transport, però val la pena. Totalment recomanable
