Acquasparta is a village on the characteristics of the medieval old town with narrow streets that lead to the main square where all faces Cesi Palace, the residence of the founder of the Accademia dei Lincei: Federico Cesi. The favorable geographical location: the center of the region and along the main line of communication allows you to visit all the main places of artistic and natural beauty.
The B & B is located in the green countryside, 2 kilometers from the village in a house built with modern techniques in 1995. Two guest rooms with shared bathroom are housed in an apartment on the ground floor from which you access the pool easily placed in the garden. The third bedroom consists of a room with three beds and bathroom. The furniture is in style early 1900 are made available to the crockery and appliances, hair dryer, TV, internet access wirelessly. We welcome pets.
The garden is equipped with ping pong and sunbathing chairs, games for children, with garaging and equipment maintenance of bicycles.
The sensitivity of the Umbrian population can maintain a human scale environment with great contact with nature. While fully respecting the environment, the dwelling is heated using only biomass.
