The building is located on the rolling Tuscan Collene is an old farmhouse dating from 1800 carefully restored in full respect of the Tuscan style with terracotta tiles, bricks and beams. The windows of the rooms overlook the lovely Lake Santa Luce, nature reserve and LIPU oasis on the first floor.
In a few Muin and reaches the sea (Castiglioncello, Vada, Rosignano) and is only 20km from Pisa and Livorno. Other cities such as Florence, Siena and Volterra are within easy reach and easily connected.
The spacious rooms are decorated in rustic style, bright, loft and all equipped with TV and wi-fi. The bathroom is shared with shower and hair dryer.
