Just outside the walls of the old city centre, It's 700 metres far from the Duomo, in a quiet zone of the city, ideal to reach easily the various interesting points of the city: 5 mins from the squares, 10 mins from the train station, from the Basilica del Santo and from Prato della Valle, 15 mins from the university zone and the hospital zone.
The flat, just renovated, is at the 2nd floor of a small condominium. 2 double rooms are available, one with single beds, and one with a double bed and a private small terrace. Both of them can be used as single or triple room.
The common bathroom, has a bathtub, shower and hairdrier.
The breakfest is served in the living room and offers a choice of salty and sweet foods (brioches, pizzas and bread are always fresh, from the nearby bakery), and various drinks (water, coffee, milk, juice and tea). Moreover, the large living room has also a relax zone with couch and armchair, stereo and books available.
The cleaning of the common spaces and rooms is guaranteed everyday.
Free use of the kitchen, of the washing machine and free wi-fi. We offer also a free use of our bikes for our guests.
