We will welcome you in our charming country house set in secluded and panoramic location overlooking the Tiber Valley, within easy access of Italy's main thoroughfare, the A1 motorway (Orte exit). The location is ideal to explore Rome (only 35 minutes away by train) and the beauties of central Italy.
Our house has three bedrooms: one single, with exclusive use of a bathroom (with shower), one ensuite double (also with shower) and a double room with extra beds on a mezzanine, with exclusive use of a bathroom (with bath). The house is tastefully decorated with pieces of "arte povera".
Breakfast is made with fresh, local, organic produce and is served by the fireplace in our spacious kitchen in winter, and outside in the patio with pool view in summer.
Our guests will be welcome to relax by the pool or in the living room overlooking the garden, in a friendly family atmosphere.

 I would thoroughly recommend this B&B to anyone. It is a very friendly place and I was made to feel very welcome. It is peaceful and relaxing and it is lovely to be able to use the swimming pool too. However, you must like or love animals if you are going to stay here, as there are cats, dogs, chickens and goats on the premises - for me it was heaven!
The accomodation is clean and of a very high standard and beautiful inside and out. It has a big farmhouse style kitchen from which come some very enticing smells!
Well worth a second visit.
