Cosy, fully and well furnished studio apartment with a full design kitchen provided with kettle, microwave oven and toaster, a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, heating, air conditioning, one pull-out bed (2 sleeps ), a TV, a radio alarm-clock, a table and two design chairs, a dresser, a cupboard, a design bookshelf, a desk and a wonderful 322sqft gazebo terrace with a garden table and 2 chairs and lots of beautiful plants. All linens and towels are provided. An iron is also there. Books and travel guides are available in the flat to fully enjoy your stay. Wireless high-speed internet on request.
The house is 1 minute walk from the underground station ROVERETO (METRO 1, RED LINE) that takes you directly to the centre of Milan in 15 minutes. A trolleycar (TRAM 1) just outside the building takes you to the train station (CENTRAL STATION) in 5 minutes and to the city centre in 30 minutes. Several pubs and restaurants, a supermarket, a laundry, internet points, banks, a chemist are all within walking distance. Just to name the closest restaurants, the Tempio doro is just two streets away and serves wonderful ethnic and maroccan dishes. The Raw fish café is another restaurant in the same street and serves great fish. A pub called Bar Tender is just one minute walk and serves a happy hour with great and huge aperitifs.
There is also an outdoor market (near the Underground station "Pasteur"), a swimming-pool 5 minutes walk from the flat, and a lesser-known canal (the Martesana Naviglio) about 2 blocks away which is flanked by a bike/walking trail and several parks.

The apartment is a very good place to stay in Milan, since it is situated near the central station and the city center can be reached in about 15 min. by metro. The apartement has a wonderful terrace, for a sunny breakfast in the morning or having a glass of wine in the evening. Above all, the host, Katia, is very welcoming, she even picked us up at the airport, because our flight was delayed. If you really want to be cared for, get all information you want about the city, the area, and have an understanding and nice host, you should absolutely stay here!
