The Bed & Breakfast is located in Ispra, on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, in a location known as Monte dei Nassi; the villa is right on the lake shore and is surrounded by chestnut trees, in an extremely quiet area, about half a mile from downtown Ispra, a small town with 5000 inhabitants, and approximately 2 miles from J.R.C. (Joint Research Centre of the European Commission).
The B&B is 28 km. (15 miles) from the Malpensa International Airport (MXP) that can be easily reached by car in approximately forty minutes. Milan is about 60 km (40 miles) away and can be reached by car in just about one hour. Switzerland and the Agno airport near Lugano are also about one hour distance from Ispra.

The accommodations offered to our guests are three double bedrooms: the "blue room" that includes a sofa bed, with direct access to the garden, the "room-with-a-view" with a great view of the lake and the "quiet room". All rooms have adjacent private bathrooms, TV, WI-FI internet access and free use of a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Additionally, there is a garage with two parking spaces.
