Our house, just refurbished with energy-saving criteria is close to Como Lake.

During the work we found that the spaces were such that would allow us to share with others, so we decided to open our home to guests who having desire, need, curiosity to stop here.

Appiano Gentile is situated into "Parco Pineta di Appiano e Tradate" park of 3500 ha of forest, with trails on foot or by bicycle in contact with nature, in search of mushrooms and chestnuts.

Appiano Gentile is on a hill 370 meters above sea level. And in a strategic position to reach the lake of Como, the lakes of the Larian Triangle, Lake Varese, Lake Maggiore. We are 15 Km from Como, 20 km from the new Fiera di Milano - Rho, 30 from Milan Malpensa Airport, 12 from the Swiss border and 25 km from Lugano.
The house is situated 5 km from the A8 Milano - Como. Exit Lomazzo or Fino Mornasco.

Appiano Gentile is the city which houses the sports center where F.C Internazionale Milano trains. We are close to the Golf Club The Golf Pinetina and 5 km from the Golf Monticello. 5km from the Santuario della S.S. Trinità Misericordia di Villa Guardia.

The three B & B rooms, pleasantly furnished, first floor, all with private bathroom, coffee drinks and Wi-Fi. Each room has its own entrance and floor heating.

Guests have use for a relaxing terrace and the garden of the house.

Breakfast is served in the dining room of the house or, in fine weather in the garden, with plenty of proposals for local products.

Guests have an external parking area for cars and internal for bikes and motorcycles.
